Spring MiChart System Upgrade 2024

The next MiChart upgrade is planned for Sunday, April 21. This will be the first planned upgrade for 2024 with a goal to introduce new features, limit impact to the organization, and maintain regulatory requirements.

The Spring upgrade will include updates, system maintenance, and new features to the MiChart application.

Go-live Day 3: April 23

Today was the third day of the latest MiChart Spring Upgrade. We will continue to list the most important updates and tips in the Tell-All on April 30 and on this project page.

HAIKU, CANTO, and ROVER Version Compatibility with MiChart Spring Upgrade

The Haiku, Canto, and Rover applications should minimally be on version 10.7 to login after the MiChart Spring upgrade on Sunday, April 21. The applications should automatically update the version, but if this did not occur and your MiChart mobile applications are not working after the MiChart Spring upgrade you may have to take action to update the mobile app version. The application version is located at the bottom of the application login screen.

  • Personal Devices can be updated through the Company Portal of published Michigan Medicine Apps

  • UCC Devices can be updated by first closing the Haiku or Rover apps, then clicking on the MM Apps icon on the main screen. Subsequently locate the application you want to update and select “Install”. This version from the App Store will be v10.8.1 and that is ok.
